Pretty Corner Woods is located on the outskirts of Sheringham and is accessible by a bus from town
Award-winning Pretty Corner Woods is managed by North Norfolk District Council’s countryside team and the Woodlands Trust. It is home to bats, bullfinches, kingfishers, butterflies, buzzards, owls and woodpeckers as well as a variety of woodland flowers and ferns. If you are lucky (and very quiet), you might spot a deer.
Several events take place in the woods mainly during the summer. There are various trails throughout this delightful woodland to enjoy.
The privately-owned Pretty Corner Cafe and Tea Gardens next to the woods is dog-friendly and offers visitors light lunches, home-made soups, desserts, cakes and scones.
